Lisa Andrews is a Cincinnati-based registered dietitian and founder of Sound Bites Nutrition, with over three decades of experience spanning clinical, community, and culinary nutrition. She has worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center and taught nutrition at the University of Cincinnati for nearly 20 years. Since founding Sound Bites Nutrition in 2008, she has focused on translating nutrition science into practical, sustainable guidance for everyday eating.
